Our suppliers typically require 8–11 business days to prepare and deliver products to our warehouse.

Shipping to Customers

Once we receive your order from the supplier, we conduct a quality check and package it for shipment to you.

Orders are generally dispatched to customers within 1–2 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is typically 9–13 business days, depending on your location and courier performance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including supplier delays, courier disruptions, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.
