Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nimbus & Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received with the product.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personal hygiene products
  • Oral care products
  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item being sent.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • We sent the incorrect product.
